INTRODUCTION
This site was inspired by the sincere actions of various
individuals, observed in pursuit of a common agreement; the
abolition of nuclear weapons by the year 2000.
This experiment begins from the premise: all participants agree
nuclear weapons are a "problem" to be resolved quickly.
The instant objective is to structure a mechanism that will
facilitate the actual elimination of nuclear weapons by the next
millenium, sooner if possible.
Blessed with a commonly recognizable "problem," as well as a
commonly recognized goal, participants in this experiment have an
opportunity to experience the enjoyment of working together to
devise an important solution.
On the theory that working together is most pleasant -- if not
productive -- when everyone has access to communication and
information, this forum is
