Subject: C/MSJ Packet -- for mailing to the Economic, Social, and Environmental Justice Movements, Progressive Movement-based organizations and Independent Left Party Formations.
Fellow (R) evolutionary,
Special thanks for the many exellent comments and reviews from task force members on a program thats been well recieved by many. Special thanks also for the appreciation, support, and solidarity you extended at the National Peoples' Progressive Networks Political Summit in Pittsburgh, PA, and Atlanta, GA.
After incorporating recommendations, comments, minor revisions, and issues, I feel confident that the Caravan/March for Social Justice Packet now makes a strong presentation and is ready for embracing by the Movement, People, and streets.
Also enclosed is a draft itinerary for the Caravan/March for Social Justice in 1997. Use the packet and itinerary to gain support for the outreach in your local area while you-we-us, prepare for the momentous occasion when we shut this oligarchic system down once and for all. If there's something that you feel could be of benefit for our common cause of Peace, Social, and Environmental Justice, please contact the nearest office/contact and pass that information along.
There are many means of democracy by "other" means and this effort is an extension of those other means. DON'T FEAR DEMOCRACY! Please take this information and copy, circulate, print, publish, share, and pass it along to every friend, relative, comrade/activist, woman, man, parent, student, progressive, in every quadrant of your circle. We can, we will, we are going to implement the true democracy and freedom that we - the children - the world, richly deserve. IT ONLY TOOK ONE STONE TO BRING DOWN GOLIATH!
As you can see this press/outreach packet is quite extensive and took considerable expenses and time to produce. Your extremely valuable --generous-contribution will go towards realizing the dream that you-we-us have sacrificed and dedicated our lives to.
Every day that passes are days of injustice for the many millions of people that re affected by the repressive policies of the many corrupt governments and false prophets of this world. Everyday that goes by are days of injustice to Leonard Peltier, Mumia Abu-Jmal, Jeronimo Pratt and all political prisoners, the Lakota, the Hopi, the Navajo, the Shoshone, the Cree, the Innu, the Ute, and many more of the worlds indigenous, women, and people of color. Every day that goes by are days of injustice to the heart and soul of all of us who hold this cause dear to this great experiment that we call LIFE!
WE CAN - WE WILL - FIND PEACE! HOLD ON TO YOUR STILTS UNCLE SAM, BECAUSE HERE WE COME AGAIN IN SOLIDARITY, IN LOVE, IN FORCE!
Forever yours, Inila-Wakan
