DECLARATION OF KENNETH KAHN

I, Kenneth Kahn, hereby declare under penalty of perjury that the following is accurate and correct to the best of my knowledge and recollection:

  3. The Clerk asked whether service had been made on the U.S. Attorney, I said that I had delivered the papers to the U.S. Attorney, and executed a certificate of service.
