PLAINTIFF WILLIAM THOMASS' FIRST ERRATA

It appears the undersigned has mistakenly overstepped the bounds of his pro se representative powers by helping to create the erroneous impression that his co-parties, Concepcion Picciotto and Ellen Thomas, may have joined in his ex parte Motion to Dismiss for Frivolity, and regrets any confusion he may have caused.

In the interests of Justice, freedom of choice and literal accuracy plaintiff William Thomas hereby notes two simple changes in the document which will rectify his thoughtless faux pas.
