PLAINTIFF WILLIAM THOMAS' THIRD ERRATA

Once again the undersigned is mistaken, and has inadvertently contributed to confusion.

In the interest of Justice and accuracy plaintiff William Thomas hereby notes changes in the document "PLAINTIFFS' MOTION TO STRIKE RANDY MEYERS' JANUARY 25, 1995 LETTER FROM THE RECORD," filed February 6, 1995, which will rectify a mistake:

  1. Delete the title: "PLAINTIFFS' MOTION TO STRIKE RANDY MEYERS' JANUARY 25, 1995 LETTER FROM THE RECORD,"
  2. Replace with, "PLAINTIFFS' MOTION TO STRIKE RANDOLPH MEYERS' JANUARY 25, 1995 LETTER FROM THE RECORD,"
