MOTION FOR AN EXTENSION OF TIME WITHIN WHICH TO REPLY TO
DEFENDANTS' OPPOSITION TO PLAINTIFFS' MOTION TO RECONSIDER DENY
THE TRO, OR ALTERNATIVELY TO DISMISS THE COMPLAINT AS FRIVOLOUS,
AND DEFENDANTS' MOTION FOR STAY OF DISCOVERY PENDING
RESOLUTION OF THE INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS' MOTION TO DISMISS

On January 11, 1995 the Court expressed the precatory wish that any Replies to any Oppositions filed by the respective parties pursuant to the Court's Order of that date, be filed by 4:00 p.m. today.

The undersigned has worked with all possible diligence to fulfill the Court's wish, however, it is now apparent that plaintiffs will be unable to complete their Reply before tomorrow, which is Saturday.

Therefore plaintiffs hereby move the Court to extend the time within which they may reply to Defendants' Opposition to Plaintiffs' Motion to Reconsider Denial of the TRO, or Alternatively to Dismiss the Complaint as Frivolous, and Defendants' Motion for Stay of Discovery Pending Resolution of the Individual Defendants' Motion to Dismiss,until January 30, 1995.

A Proposed Order is attached.
