MOTION FOR A SECOND EXTENSION OF TIME WITHIN WHICH TO REPLY TO
DEFENDANTS' OPPOSITION TO PLAINTIFFS' MOTION TO RECONSIDER DENY
THE TRO, OR ALTERNATIVELY TO DISMISS THE COMPLAINT AS FRIVOLOUS,
AND DEFENDANTS' MOTION FOR STAY OF DISCOVERY PENDING RESOLUTION
OF THE INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS' MOTION TO DISMISS

On January 27, 1995 plaintiffs requested an extension of time to respond to Oppositions filed be defendants on January 23, 1995.

The undersigned fully expected to have this job completed by yesterday at the very latest. Although he has continued to work diligently, the task itself was greateer, at least with respect to his limited resources and abilities, thanimagined, and there was just not sufficient time to complete it.

This additional delay will not prejudice defendants, who plan to file additional papers tomorrow.

Therefore plaintiffs hereby move for an extension of time until January 31, 1995.

A Proposed Order is attached.

Respectfully submitted,
