The Court has been presented with an application for a Temporary Restraining Order in the above-captioned case. The Clerk of the Court has advised the Court that the Defendants as yet have not been served. Howe ver, it proper service of process is completed, the Plaintiffs may bring this cause on for a hearing in courtroom 11 of this Court at 2:30 p.m. on Friday January 6, 1995. Meanwhile, the Plaintiffs' Application for a Temporary Restraining Order shall be

DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
