ORDER
In the above-captioned case, the Court has before it the
Defendants' Motion to Dismiss All Claims Against Defendants
Richard Robbins, Stephen O'Neill, and Andrew Keness, filed on
January 11, 1995. Consistent with the Court~s Memorandum Opinion
of even date
ORDERED that the Defendants' Motion to Dismiss All Claims
Against Defendants Richard Robbins, Stephen O'Neill, and Andrew
Keness shall be, and hereby is, GRANTED in part, and DENIED in
part, as hereinafter provided; and it is
FURTHER ORDERED that the Defendant "X" shall be, and hereby
is, DISMISSED as a party from this suit; and it is
FURTHER ORDERED that the Plaintiffs' claims for damages
against Defendant Richard Robbins shall be, and hereby are,
DISMISSED from this suit; and it is

FURTHER ORDERED that the Plaintiffs' claims for damages
against Defendants Stephen O'Neill and Andrew Keness shall be,
and hereby are, DISMISSED except that the Plaintiffs' claim in
paragraphs 10 thru 18, regarding two flags that the Defendants
allegedly pressured the Plaintiffs to remove from Lafayette Park,
shall not be dismissed; and it is
FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall appear before the
Court for a status conference on Wednesday, April 19, 1995, at
2:00 p.m. to be held pursuant to Rule 16 of the Federal Rules of
Civil Procedure, and at which time the parties should be prepared
to discuss any and all aspects of the case including, in
particular, discovery proceedings and the Plaintiffs' allegation
that portions of 36 C.F.R. § 7.96 et seq. are unconstitutionally vague.
