ORDER

The Court is in receipt of the Plaintiffs' Motion to Reschedule the Preliminary Injunction Hearins and for Partial Reconsideration of the Court's Order of February 8, 1995, the Defendants' Opposition thereto, and the Plaintiffs' Reply. In that Motion, the Plaintiffs criticize the Court's statements in its Order of February 8, 1995, made in reference to the Plaintiffs' frequent requests for extensions of time and filing of numerous motions. The Court wishes once again to assure the Plaintiffs that, as stated numerous times in its previous Orders, the Court considers every litigant's pleadinys only In the nost serious and impartial manner. Indeed, in the present case the Court has gone to great lengths to accommodate the Plaintiffs.

In addition, the Plaintiffs repeat their prior request, already addressed by this Court, that the Court order the Clerk to send the parties Orders by facsimile -- in addition to notifying the parties by telephone when directed and sending them a copy of any such Orders. The Court reminds the Plaintiffs yet again that it is not the Court's practice to send copies of Orders or other

communications by facsimile. Nor does the Court have the time and resources for fulfilling such a request. It shall not reconsider this policy.

With respect to the Plaintiffs' request to reschedule the Preliminary Injunction hearing, the Court reminds the Plaintiffs that, without objection, the hearing on the preliminary injunction was combined with a hearing on the merits, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 65(a) (2). Order entered January 9, 1995. The parties are further advised that the Court shall address any scheduling matters at the status conference set for April 19, 1995 at 2:00 p.m. 1995,

Accordingly, it is, by the Court, this 17th day of April 1995,

ORDERED that the Plaintiffs' Motion to Reschedule the Preliminary Injunction Hearing and for Partial Reconsideration of the Court's Order of February 8, 1995 shall be, and hereby is, DENIED.
