ORDER

On August 4, 1995, the Court held a status conference in the above-captioned case, pursuant to \rule 16 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. At that time, the Court addressed Plaintiff William Thomas'' request to consolidate Civil Action No. 95-1018 with the above-captioned case. Said request was filed in Civil No. 95-1018 in the form of a Motion to Consolidate. As said Motion implicates the above-captioned case as well, the Court shall direct the Defendants in this action to file a pleading indicating their position on whether this case should be consolidated with Civil Action No. 95-1018.

Also at that time, the Court inquired of Government Counsel as to the filing of an opposition to the plaintiff's Motion for Partial Reconsideration of the Court's April 12, 1995 Order. By

Order entered July 1, 1995, the Court directed the Government to file such an Opposition along with their Opposition to the Plaintiffs' Motion for Summary Judgment. In a colloquy with the Court's Clerk following the status conference, counsel for the Government represented that she would file an Opposition to the Plaintiffs' Motion for Partial Reconsideration on or before 4:00 p.m. on August 11, 1995.

Accordingly, it is, by the Court, this 5th day of August, 1995,

ORDERED that the Defendants shall file an pleading on or before 4:00 p.m. on August 22, 1995, indicating their position as to whether this case should be consolidated with Civil Action No. 95-118; and it is

FURTHER ORDERED that the Defendants shall file a pleading an Opposition to the plaintiffs' Motion for Partial Reconsideration of the Court's April 12, 1995 Order on or before 4:00 p.m. on August 18, 1995, in which to file a Reply thereto, if any.
