APPELLANT WILLIAM THOMAS' DECLARATION OF INDIGENCY
I, William Thomas, declare under penalty of perjury that I am Appellant, pro se in
the above entitled action; that in support of my motion to proceed on appeal without
being required to prepay fees, costs or give security therefor, I state that because of
my poverty I am unable to pay the costs of said proceeding or to give security
therefor; that I believe I am entitled to redress; and that the following statements
relating to my ability to pay the cost of prosecuting the appeal are true.
1. I am not presently employed in any enterprise which returns me a financial
recompense, and I have taken a vow of poverty for religious reasons.
2. During the past twelve years I have not received any money from business,
profession or form of self-employment, rent payments,interest dividends, pensions,
annuities, life insurance payments, gifts or inheritances. The only money I have
received during the past twelve years has been in the form of small unsolicited
donations, all of which has been spent on literature and other supplies in connection
with my communicative activities.
3. I have no money, and no checking or savings accounts.
4. I own no real estate, stocks, bonds, notes, automobiles, or other valuable
property.

5. I have no dependents.
I understand that a false statement in this affidavit will subject me to penalties
for perjury.
