DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA DEFENDANTS MOTION FOR ENLARGEMENT OF TIME

The District of Columbia defendants through counsel, resppectfully request a brief extension from August 22, 1995 at 4:00 p.m. until August 23, 1995 at noon, to file its responses to plaintiff's Motion for Consolidation and plaintiff's opposition to these defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment. The requested extension is the same as that previously granted to federal defendatns, and is necessary to fully prepare a response.
