ORDER
Upon consideration of appellant's motion to file after the limit appellant's
combined opposition to the District of Columbia and Federal Appellees' motions for
summary affirmance, appellant's lodged opposition thereto, Federal Appellee's motion
for leave to file motion for enlargement of time to file reply, the lodged motion for
enlargement of time, appellant's lodged response to the motion for enlargement of time,
and of Federal Appellee's lodged reply to the motion for summary affirmance, it is
ORDERED that appellant's motion to file after the time limit, is granted, the Clerk
is directed to file appellant's combined opposition to the District of Columbia an Federal
Appeilee's motions for summary affirmance. It is
FURTHER ORDERED that Federal Appellee's motion for leave to file motion for
enlargement of time is granted, the Clerk is directed to file the lodged motion for enlargement
of time, and appellant's lodged response thereto. The Clerk is further directed to file Federal
Appellee's lodged reply to the motion for summary affirmance.
