Letter concerning Concepcion

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

This is to certify that during the time the Spanish Pavilion was opened at the 1964/65 New York World's Fair, the Spanish Government employed Miss CONCHITA NIARTIN as bilingual switchboard operator.

In my capacity of Executive Secretary to the Commissioner of the Spanish Pavilion, I had the opportunity of supervising Miss Martin and she was, at all times, an excellent employee, most dependable and hardworking.

Should any further references be needed.

I would be most happy to provide them.

(signed) Carmela Garcia Verdugo
Chancellor Consulate General of Spain in New York.
