Thank you for the letter dated February 16, 1990 including a copy of a public service announcement regarding constructing a hygiene center for the homeless. I am extremely concerned about accommodations and services for the homeless and would appreciate receiving additional information pertaining to this project and would you please include your project office location.
Your project would probably be of great interest to the Committee on Human Services. May I suggest that you contact the chairperson of the Committee, Councilmember H.R. Crawford.
With active community involvement from citizens such as yourselves, programs that better assist the homeless will be a reality in the near future.
