Dear President Clinton,

Thank you for your letter of March 25th.

We hope your foreign affairs platform will go beyond a Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty to support of existing legislation, HR-1647 in the U.S. House of Representatives, the "Nuclear Disarmament and Economic Conversion Act" (introduced by Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton as the result of a successful voter initiative here in Washington DC in September 1993).

You'd sure have my vote. And a whole lot of others', I'd warrant.
