ORDER

Upon consideration of the ex parte motion of defendant William Thomas, his Declaration of Indigency in support thereof, the defendant's Constitutional right to call witnesses in his defense, and the entire record of this case, this 8th day of December, 1987, it be and hereby is

ORDERED that the United States Marshall's Service shall serve summons to appear as defense witnesses at the trial in this matter upon Richard Robbins, Patricia Bangert, U.S. Park Police Officers Ferbee, and Bradley Hewick; it is further

ORDERED that any witnesses fees shall be without prepayment of costs.
