Consolidation of the Trial on the Merits with an Evidentiary
Hearing on Defendant's Various Motions is denied; and it is
further
ORDERED that defendant William Thomas' Motion to Compel
Discovery is denied; and it is further
ORDERED that defendant Ellen Thomas' Motion for Jury Trial
is denied; and it is further
ORDERED that defendant Ellen Thomas' Motion to Dismiss the
Information is denied.
