Plaintiff Sunrise S. Harmony hereby notes and corrects
certain typographical errors which occur in plaintiffs' filings
of November 23, 1988 including: page 1 of plaintiffs' Motion for
a Preliminary Injunction or Temporary Restraining Order, at page
two of the proposed Order, at pages 2, 3, 4, ,5 of the Memorandum
in Support of the Motion for a Preliminary Injunction or Temporary
Restraining Order, and at page 5 of the Amended Complaint in Support
of the Motion for a Preliminary Injunction or Temporary Restraining
Order. This error occurs where certain regulations are represented
as being codified at 36 CFR 9.76 (i)(1), 36 CFR 36 9.76 (g)(5)(viii)(2),
36 CFR 9.76 (g)(5)(ix)(2), 36 CFR 9.76 (g)(5)(x)(2), 36 CFR 9.76
(g)(5)(x)(A)(2), 36 CFR 9.76 (g)(5)(x)(A)(3), 36 CFR 9.76 (g)(5)(x)(A)(4),
36 CFR 9.76 (g)(5)(x)(B)(2), 36 CFR 9.76 (g)(5)(xii), 36 CFR 9.76
(g)(5)(xiii), and 36 CFR 9.76 (g)(6).
Therefore, throughout plaintiffs' pleadings, wherever 36
CFR 9.76 occurs, it should be known and understood that the correct
codification is found at 36 CFR 7.96.
