ORDER
On November 21, 1989, plaintiffs filed an application for
temporary restraining order, motion for preliminary injunction,
and motion to expedite the hearing as to both. In consideration
thereof, it is hereby
ORDERED that defendants shall file a response to plaintiffs'
pleadings on or before Monday, December 4, 1989. It is
FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall appear for a status
call on Thursday, December 7, 1989 at 9:00 a.m. in order to determine
the most appropriate course to follow for a prompt resolution
of these matters.
This Order has been telephonically communicated to the
parties this date.
