Appellants seek review of the District Court's Memorandum Opinion and Order of May 24, 1991 dismissing appellants' civil action and entering judgment in appellees' favor and the Order of June 20, 1991 denying reconsideration.

RELATED CASES

The federal appellees are unaware of any pending related cases. This appeal does, however, raise anew factual and legal issues raised by some of the same appellants in earlier cases resolved by this Court. - See Thomas v. News World Communications, 681 F.Supp 55 (D.D.C. 1988) and Thomas v. United States, 696 F.Supp. 702 (D.D.C. 1988), consolidated and affirmed on appeal, No. 88-5367 (D.C. Cir.
