Washingon, D.C. 20543

Dear Sir:

On November 20, 1992, I delivered to the guard station on the Maryland Avenue side of the Supreme Court building, petitions to proceed in forma pauperis in the case of Mary Huddle, et. al. v. Ronaald Reagan, et. al., and a pro se Application for a Writ of Certiorari, with an Appendix.

On November 25, 1992, I visited your office to make sure the casse was on track. Two clerks informed me that there was no record of this case with the Court, or even of Justice Rehnquist’s Order granting an extension of time for the filing.

Enclosed is a copy of the Order I received from your office. I just noticed that the Court has entitled the case William Thomas v. Ronald Reagan. Our Application was submitted under the titke used in the Circuit Court, Huddle v. Reagan.

I would like to insure that the Application is properly filed.

Additionally, although I lack the financial resources to produce forty copies of the Application, a friend has provided the means to produce ten copies. Because it is important that this case receive a fair hearing, I would like to deeliver courtesy copies to the offices of each Justice, and a tenth copy for the Library of Congress’ Records and Briefs

Please advise me on these issues.

Thank You,

William Thomas
