ORDER

On May 30, this Court denied plaintiffs' application for a temporary restraining order and set a briefing schedule for plaintiffs' motion for preliminaray injunction and defendants' dispositive motion. Briefing has now been completed.

The visit of Soviet President Gorbachev ended on June 1, 1990 and the related security percautions about which plaintiffs complain are no longer in place. Thus, there is no longer any live case or controversy before the Court for resolution. Accordingly, it is hereby,

ORDERED that plaintiffs' motion for preliminary injunction is denied as moot. It is

FURTHER ORDERED that defendants' motion to dismiss is granted and this case is dismissed as moot. It is

FURTHER ORDERED that all other pending motions are denied as moot.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
