WE, Americans, are so easy on others, yet are so "hard" on ourselves! Every day, in America, a morass of government "witch hunters", spies, enforcers, and punishers strive to get-even with all persons like US by whatever means one can be found to be in violation of "the Law", held captive for any or no righteous reason, but always at taxpayer expense.

THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE; many, like you or me, for no apparent meaningful purpose, are apprehended, "railroaded", handcuffed and shackled, caged into a truck to be hauled-off to jail , while punished while yet not summarily accused, embarrassed, insulted, physically battered and mentally ravaged - VICTIMS of a powerful system too oppressive against which to defend oneself. Under present conditions, and with impinging corporate motives and hatemongers pressing for more than happenstance, it could be any one of US.

BRUTALIZED and CRIMINALIZED, perhaps falsely-accused, maybe lied-about in Testimony or "Statement-Of-Charges" (by a Cop), or, "plea-bargained" by a "Public Defender" or otherwise "found" to be GUILTY (forcibly); learning in-the-process SEVERE LAW ENFORCEMENT, followed by SEVERE JUDGEMENT, SEVERE SENTENCING, a CRIMINAL RECORD AND OTHER STIFF PENALTIES, INCARCERATION, CRUEL AND BRUTAL PUNISHMENT, and, finally, CORRECTIONS...and lastly and mayhaps fatally...."PRIVATIZED" ! ! ! !

The enguilted unsuspecting VICTIM YOU……. Me, Him, Them...is US (that is, US, WE, U.S., ( U S ! )....is the Taxpayer, the Citizen, our Children, the Farmer, the Worker --etc.... .... US ! Under intermiscable surveillance and harassment by a hyperactive law enforcement establishment and a booted-up "Corrections" establishment, WE are haunted by an inveigling notion that privately-owned and operated prisons may await longingly as not-so-gracious hosts requiring to fill their ever-expanding "bedspace" with no other than us. Can YOU picture yourself a prisoner in a modern American corporate "detention center" or "corrections facility"??? Imagine! American citizens, made criminals by our oppressive laws, being held hostage (imprisoned without mercy) in their own country to be bartered for power and sold for cash to FOREIGN INTERESTS! An one-sided onslaught has overpowered our erstwhile National belief-structure and is enslaving our Future. What might You feel about this?

Clearly, the most weird thing of all is that universality or evenhandedness are not prevalent in the application of our law or among our courts cult. What are misdemeanors in some jurisdictions are felonies in others. A crime on one side of a State line may not be such across a geopolitical border. In same circumstances, one cop will "bust" a person while another will not, chiefly depending upon the time and temperament at the moment; and would "bust" one person and not another. Ofttimes, living persons are less respected by police than outdated laws. On and on it goes!

Our own people...our own families...our homeless elderly, and yes, even our children are prejudically rounded-up daily and imprisoned...for no better reason than to "get them off the streets". While civil oppression continues not to be a crime and official violence flourishes, seeds for more crime are planted thereby, so CRIME in uniform fosters abundant discouragement for, sadly, more crime Accordingly, our country's lost Moral conscience propounds a purge of all decency from our societal directions and stated official priorities. This year alone, many thousands of innocent and harmless persons, for minor infractions ("crimes" without a victim) alone, will be purged from the skies and waters of our free land and wasted-off to prison. For what?

Hysteria, frustration, and polluted politics, coupled with inordinate greed and cruelty have dissolved whatever Trust or Confidence our government might once have deserved. It appears, presently, that our" Executive" is our Ruler. (What if a President less "kind" were elected?) Executive power is more than persuasive ; it can KILL !!!!! Also, it is immune from prosecution for extravagant crimes against WE, the People not fair! And for any who cannot pay sufficiently for the most appropriate legal defense will soon know that accusation before ore Courts is tantamount to guilt. Not fair, either!

Political "hardliners" and "hardball players" have methodically stripped-away deep-seeded freedoms of all the American people. This entire reality is evidenced particularity in each of the many thousands of such tragedies perpeteated upon US folks by our "authorities" every day in the U.S.A.

Perpetually under the aegis of suspicion and punishment, WE, CITIZENS, Voters, Taxpayers, the people, victimized Human Souls, do feel the BOOT OF OPPRESSION building into a very serious matter of "it's time to take measure" consequences for US and for our own "Children of the Future".

Precisely, each and every one of us who has personally felt the harsh and unjust punishment and pain exacted upon us by (gung ho!) law enforcers, and for those who as yet have not, but might imagine the intensity and tenacity of these oppressive levels of FORCE, including the vagueries in "the Law", may acknowledge the beatings administered daily by Law Enforcement, Judicial (Court "lockups"), and "Corrections" "Establishments". Our objective research into these matters reveals an imperious, anti-Constitutional Conspiracy at the top of our governmental structures, NOW well into its motion, facts have surfaced sufficient to announce extreme warning of the dynamic and devastating perils that portend our future in desperate projections.

Probably, you may have no idea nor desire to know about it. You do not now nor have you ever realized that, quietly and quickly, the tenets of our lives have been misdirected and relegated to DISASTER In sort of a "trickle-down" style of "barbed humor", a very deep and vast situation of imperative mass has been released (under Law) upon ALL IN AMERICA ALL !!!

ALL PERSONS, subject to the laws of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ("our" Nation), ALL Souls Of Mercy, Children Of The Light, the Might, and the Right are being methodically stripped of Innocence and Human Dignity by our own governments, Officials, and their "due process" !

Our own public treasuries finance and our taxes-paid "Authorities" do encourage such a disgusting onslaught against our People Adjunct Governmental Agencies and their internal regulations support, by policy and police, the decimation of our progressive and evolutionary culture.

Souls enslaved, Children and People, are "captured", incriminated and incarcerated incarcerated in privately owned PRISONS. {Think about it!}

Our protections of Liberty have been squandered; ripped-off as if a poisonous gas attack upon all Americans. All persons not "privileged" (*), most citizens, must tolerate and suffer the ignominy. Only the "privileged" cadre enjoy immunity from the personal and civil disaster which so deceptively betrays our true National purpose.

Independence has been stripped from YOU N ME by the privileged sect; from US, en masse, by such law and order sanctions as are made possible by the likes of "Executive Orders", "Riders" and Ammendments to Congressional Bills, (ad infinitum) (ad nauseam) (etc.), which are "Enthroned" above US and applied virtuously and vigorously (yet inconsistently).

Enshrined in totalitarian statutes, we enjoy the fullest FORCE and POWER of the LAW !

Because "Constitutional Order" has become chaotic disorder; you can get ready for the worst! It is happening ! Every "Agency" of Government (presumably, with the consent of the governed), civil extensions thereof (Corporations and lienholders are a few of these), and their deputies, employees, contractors and subcontractors, are deployed against US as "Instruments of Power and Process", and, as we know so well, are subject to abuse, misuse, and a means to establish personal enrichment upon the backs of WE, THE PEOPLE. It is a system which adds virtual torture into disenfranchisement and imprisonment. Tax dollars and borrowing commit tments against our future pay for it all. YOU are responsible for it! It all makes one wonder why Americans of the U. S. of A. pass laws to chain themselves to a persistent taking of hostages among themselves and torturing themselves and their children at a cost they cannot afford.

This is torture-veritable and the effects are disastrous to US !

Prison is always for a very long time !

Suffering is always deep and constant !

The "fear-driven" systems we have placed our trust in have failed us as is evidenced by the plethora of tax and crime problems it has inculcated in our midst. Vexatious systems of our own making are now being used by "overlords" to deliver our mothers, sons, daughters, and grannies into jails, penitentaries, "detention centers", "corrections facilities", and "youth camps". It is now rashly apparent that our destiny will force upon our progeny an even greater prison system establishment owned and operated by the "good" people who happen to PROFIT incredibly by gainskeeping our "bad" people, one-by-one, into their moribund "houses of correction".

In the FY 1991 U.S. Budget, ten billion dollars (That's $10,000,000,000.00) of discretionary funding money was allocated for President Bush to direct where he sees fit for his "WAR on Drugs" (which is a War on The People). This is a domestic WAR on ourselves with fullest governmental intensity directed upon US.

As if not sufficiently disparaging to the Native American population living in the area of Grants, New Mexico, where an inordinate percentage of the population has been rendered ill, is dead, or dying now from radiation poisoning by the U.S. Government's Uranium mining operations there over several of years past; gross insult and further injury is perpetrated now against these indigenous peoples...regretably and sadly.

Now, their community has been forced to become the" host" for the newly-constructed and recently-filled "NEW MEXICO WOMAN'S CORRECTIONAL FACILITY", located there by political favors awarded to CORRECTIONS CORPORATION OF AMERICA, AND IS OPERATED AS ONE OF THE COMPANY'S 2-DOZEN OR SO PRIVATELY-OWNED PRISONS-FOR-PROFIT.

Residents and neighbors of the Grants,NM, area have been denied "referendum" or "home rule" in both of these matters. With intrusive and obtrusive forcefulness, "double jeopardy" has replaced "Democracy", in both instances, by political "clout", thereby depriving all residents of the region of any viable selfdetermination in their "pursuit of life, liberty, and happiness", tantamount to a covert violation of their Human Rights.

Especially so, because near Grants,NM, was located a secret Uranium Mine operated by the government during the 1940's for the manufacture of America's first atomic bombs during WW II. Native American men were recruited and trained to work in the mines without any regard or precautions for their health. As, one-by-one, they fell ill, and even after several had died, the U.S. Govt. examining physician withheld the Truth from its employees regarding imminent dangers to their wellbeing. The doctor said that they died or became ill due to "stroke" or virus, etc. Sterilized, those families of an entire community are unable to conceive or progenitor children; their culture is destroyed!

The government still denies, lies, and deceives! Still, to this day, the vulnerable residents of Grants and vincinity have left only an almost-deserted town, where once, along Old Highway 66, a small but flourishing metropolis once flourished. Deadened and flattened, they now have little hope, and prayers that are not "in step" with THOMAS W. BEASLEY'S new "WOMENS NEW MEXICO CORRECTIONS FACILITY". He is Chairman of the Board of Corrections Corporation of America's new 200 Bed Women's Multi-Security Prison, already filled with Inmates, and currently expanding to almost 500 Beds (construction in-progress), now employing 100 guard and staff personnel, increasing rapidly. The address is 1700 East Old Highway 66, Grants,NM, 87020. Sharon Johnson is "the WARDEN"..(Call it?: "ALL DAYS INN" !!!)

"PRISON DUMPSITES"

What have been called "PRISON DUMPSITES' in America are owned by corporations. They are built and operated by companies like Corrections Corporation of America and Wackenhut Corp. for a profit. Ten thousand prisoners are now confined to private facilities owned by these companies.

Communities like Estancia, in Torrence County, New Mexico, is a "host" community to a large prison owned by Corrections Corp. of America, as is Grants, New Mexico, the home to their prison for women, and another dozen or so prisons throughout the U.S.A., mostly in Southern States.

On CBS television, Sunday, December 2nd, 1990, (KVAL-TV, in Eugene, Oregon); "The West" Show (11:30 PM) presented a segment called "PRISON DUMPSITES", by Joe Oliver, exposing "prisons-for-profit".

In a splendid coverage, interviews were shown in which residents of Torrence County, New Mexico (Estancia, N.M.) were helpless to prevent Corrections Corporation of America from locating a new "Mega-prison" there, near a National Park. Residents and prison opponents J. D. Coburn and Richard Rahm, as well as Torrence County Commissioner Jim Summers said that CCA built the prison on speculation, for its own interests. No one there invited them to locate a prison there, but that CCA had prevailed over all opposition from citizens of the community.

CAUSE FOR CURIOSITY

Subject to confirmation, when Truth is finally known, are stirring indications of political "Ole Boys ' Club" connections by certain well-known public officials of the highest rank in our Government, involving "kickback" arrangements, bribery, and collusive practices that would "put to pale" the S&L Scandal.

Political insiders have "grounded" the U.S.A. Prison Industry to reap vast profits for themselves immediately and in the years to come with "favorable" compacts and path-clearing legislation. It surely makes one wonder where do all these selfserving public servants come from and where are they "coming from".

The more than 10,000 prisoners presently incarcerated in privately-owned and operated prison dumpsites are there because of an elaborate conspiracy-to-profit by companies like THE WACKENHUT CORPORATION and CORRECTIONS CORPORATI ON OF AMERICA, representing an elaborate maze of front people for the "blind" trust-fund accounts and offshore holdings of prominent public officers, past and present, and their corporate private sector "bag men". Made to realize this condition, we are hastened to become aware that there's BIG MONEY to be made in the privatized prison business. And, sordidly, it ranges from the top to the bottom of everything.

THE WACKENHUT CORPORATION

With two U.S. Air Force Generals on their Board Of Directors, and with former Directors holding high public office, the Wackenhut Corporation enjoys no boundaries for pounding on the public. Profits for the first-half of 1990 (newer figures will be available soon) were UP 24% on revenues UP 14%, basically on expansion of its "Correctional Facilities" and guard services. The revolving door policy of these companies assures them of important mutual special considerations and contracts to serve their special interests.

Such a business can continue to grow and prosper, even during a hard recession - especially during a business turndown, because depressed conditions of widespread unemployment, homelessness, landlessness, planned social deprivation, and oppression does force thousands upon thousands of innocent people already under hardship, duress, and depletion into the private prison systems. The "deals" have already been made ! Profits are rolling-in now to these companies, earned upon the failings and misery of persons less fortunate. How trite !

Chairman and CEO Thomas W. Beasley left the State Of Virginia as "Supt. of Corrections", to form "CCAX" (nine years ago), with D.R.Crantz and R. Don Hutto, former President of "The American Corrections Association". The company, (CCAX), now has 1,200 employees and operates two dozen prisons.

We are now in a "bidding war" with our Lives ! And TIME runs out! Temperaments afflair will not solve these problems!....but, can only cause more problems to be posited. This is life, as it were!

American prison corporations fix prices they will be paid for thier "services" at prices ranging from $30.00 to $50.00 per day, per prisoner. Presently, although 'prices' are escalating rapidly, the cost to taxpayers of keeping a prisoner incarcerated runs around $15,000 to $20,000 per year.

"The logic of CRUELTY is persistent!"

THE WACKENHUT CORPORATION (WAK)

WACKENHUT CORP., WITH 39,000 EMPLOYEES, is an enormous and "vertically-integrated" operation. That is, specifically, they are positioned to take in prisoners from their multitudinous and widespread operations at Airports, Military Bases, Nuclear Power Installations, Shopping Malls, Industrial Plants, and various of other locations scattered about America. WAK security guards at all contracted locations gather-in prisoners for WAK'S prisons by "busting" persons, pressing charges, testifying in Court for purposes of assuring conviction, so as to incarcerate (imprison) and "correct" individuals in theirown prisons....Great business!

Theoretically, from a point beginning at any Airport in the U.S.A., a citizen can be abducted, conducted through courtroom procedures routinely, to be inducted into a private prison owned by WAK, with all "body snatching" activities being performed by personnel on WAK'S payroll....all within the scope of rendering Justice. Such orchestration of commit tment to imprisonment was epic in Victor Hugo's novel, "Les Miserable", the story of Jean Valjean, who spent the greater part of his life in prison servitude for stealing one loaf of bread to feed his hungry children, or escaping only to be a hunted outlaw or imprisoned again by Inspector Javert. It's not too far off-the-mark for the contemporary disruptive treatment of US American citizens so often now happening each and every day, being incriminated by the thousands the vauuous Warrior fears the vanquished wastrel, conquers, and moves-on to "lay-waste" the Land. . . . typical! And And the "way" of corrections is to "PUNISH" , in the vernacular of most modern applicable high-tech robotic means of torture and confinement. As of 1991, there were 17,000 autonomous police agencies in the United States Of America. Supporting these are uncountable separate activities ranging from immense businesses to independent private "security patrols".

The Wackenhut Corporation is controlled by the Coral Gables (Florida) family, George, Richard, and Ruth Wackenhut.

Moreover, from point-of-"bust" through incarceration, WAK controls all facets of its "production" because WAK can not only bust but can also burn and bury its human prey in its own system, for profit, as ever "the Company" so orders. WAK is a "model" for a classic vertically-integrated showing in the business of persecution for a profit.

For us, placing all exasperation, frustration, and history lessons aside; the most eerie item is that the whole Truth isn't out yet a few Wackenhuts could soon control the World! They work with the intent to have the "proxies", the power, and the prisoners. And, our own taxes (government) pay all the bills! The "System" works !....(for WAK).
