NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
Temporary Closures Regarding Lafayette Park

The western half of Lafayette Park will be closed to the public and demonstrator use beginning Saturday, March 8 at approximately 6:00 a.m. through Thursday, March 13 at approximately 6:00 p.m. A map illustrating the closed area is identified on the reverse of this notice.

Persons demonstrating or otherwise using the portion of the park should remove themselves and any personal property from the area.

The action is necessary to provide security to the President and visiting foreign dignitaries.
