Dear Bob:

Your thoughtful your holiday greeting was greatly appreciated, and,
we thought, very appropriate.

We're enclosing a packet of information to bring you up to date on
what some of what we've been up to.  On January 8, 1991 the D.C.
Board of Elections will decide whether Proposition One is a proper
subject for voter initiative for the District of Columbia.  Since
we have already had it approved once, we are not expecting any
difficulties.  We are better organized for moving it along than
ever before.
          
We have competed the first in an intended series of Proposition One
promotional videos.  It is narrated by Dr. Ted Taylor, an ex-MAD
nuclear physicist now on our Board of Advisors, and features a
political/economic history of the Bomb with appearances by leading
figures.

This video is targeted at spiritually, and particularly christian
oriented people.  Hopefully, however, even the most devout atheist
would find it thought provoking.  It's fast moving, informative,
and funny, in a sick sort of way.  We think it also makes a clear
connection between international military expenditures and domestic
economic problems.  In order for this idea to succeed it will need
to be the subject of a broad and enthusiastic movement.  This video
is the best devise we've come up with for explaining and
stimulating interest in the idea.

We have already produced and distributed twenty copies. 
Unfortunately, owing to our fortunate anti-money idiocincracy, we
are presently unable to produce any more copies.  We are anxious to
get you a copy.  We are keeping a list of people to set it to and
you are already on it.  We'll get you a copy as soon as possible. 
If you are inclined to help defray the costs of making and mailing
a copy, that would expedite delivery.
