THE UNITED STATES OF
AMERICA IN PROPHECY

WARNING FOR THE TIMES

Many lovers of the world will call this a doomsday prophecy, but when/if they choose to understand the cycle of man on earth then they will realize it is only the sunset of this half of man's earthly cycle. As soon as I have manifested as the messiah, and this prophecy is completed, I will see to the establishment the 666 system (Isaiah 9:6) to make it as easy for everyone as possible. Don't condemn me for having wisdom enough to see the master plan of the Zeroverse. Isn't that what a watchman (Isaiah 21:6 & 62:6, Jeremiah 6:17-19 & Ezekiel 3:17) is supposed to do? Just accept your lot, to be saved through the coming end or discarnate, because everyone's day comes.

Now that George W. Bush has been re-inaugurated as the 43rd president of the United States we should look to see if it has any relationship to prophecy. If it has we need to recognize what it is.

           Most prophecy interpreters interpret them in a straight line. We all can see that all natural things (Rom. 1:20) operates in cycles thus, any interpretation in a straight line is in error. We also have seen that prophecy are sent to man of many different ethnics [or Yehuveh would not be just] therefore they should be considered when interpreting the events of prophecy.
           This interpretation includes Nostradamus' prophecies translated by Erica Cheetham, The Man Who Saw Tomorrow; the Hopi prophecies as I can glean them from The Hopi Survival Kit Translated by Thomas E. Mails, and others. Nostradamus' writings are written in 10 groups of 100 called Centuries, all references to them will be preceded by "C" a number, a ":" and then another number. Things from The Hopi survival Kit, will have P + a number for the page and PP + a number to show the paragraph. All Bible verse references will use the standard (X:X) chapter and verse.
          It helps to recognize that the Bible is mostly prophetic of the termination of civilization under the rulering Whites. [See Gen. 49 since Esau symbolizes Blacks and Jacob Whites per the interpretation of Gen. 25-33.] Most biblical prophecies are pointing to one White governed nation for the end of this boy ruled world, even though they are also related to the events of that time period. By adding Nostradamus' C 10:72 prophecy to Edgar Casey's prophecy [I can see nothing for the United States past the year 2006], we will realize that the United States is destined to be destroyed in the eighth month of the Ethiopian year 1999, the western year of 2006.
          Take into consideration that Nostradamus was an Ethiopian who would have used the Ethiopian calendar (which is seven years and seven days behind the western calendar) for that one prophecy given with a calendar date. Remember that Historical BABYLON was destroyed under the leadership of a son of its leader and the only son of a United States leader, as MYSTERY BABYLON, is George W. Bush [unless the Adams were]. To interpret the Bible's Revelation know its first verse indicates nothing in the book had happened prior to its writing therefore, the 7+10+10 nationed beast of chapter 13, which the dragon (world collective consciousness) gave it the power to reign for 42 months (42 complete presidents' reigns) has to be that land founded after that revelation was given.
          Please realize that the best kept secret by the United States of America is how to explode a nuclear device. Know also that Zechariah 5:1-4 indicates that the only nation to have nuclear weapons is the builder of them and they are to consume that nation's timber and stone.
           It should be realized that MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATION OF THE WORLD (Rev. 17 and 18) is the United States of America destined to end by the world's only nuclear devices (feared smoke). The Hopi's "Gourd Full of Ashes," (P 209, PP 4) and Nostradamus' "Dreadful Globes" (C 5:8 [There will be let loose living fire and hidden death, fearful inside dreadful globes. By night the city will be reduced to rubble by the fleet, the city on fire, helpful to the enemy.]) and King of Terror (C 10:72 [In the year 1999, and seven months, from the sky will come the King of Terror. He will bring back to life the great king of the Mongols. Before and after War reigns happily.])" are also nuclear weapons. Thus, three sources agree that some place is to be destroyed by a nuclear means.
           [Paraphrasing Rev. 17 & 18] The United States is built upon man of a multitude of nations and tongues (many waters), the kings of the earth commit fornication (trades) with her and world inhabitants are drunk with the wine ("The American Dream") of her fornication. She is dressed in colors of royalty and adorned with precious jewelry like royalty, while holding the golden cup (the love) of the filthiness of her fornication (material wealth). She has the attributes of the past seven great world-ruling nations that preceded her: Five preceded Rome as the sixth, and Great Britain the seventh. Ten Kingdoms (Terrorist Cells financed by the USA's CIA via the Drug Cartel) that only came into being for a shorter time than her the 200+years, will cause her destruction. The tools of war she have used on other nations (nuclear included) the Terrorist Cells will doubled upon her to bring her destruction, though she speaks royally of herself saying she will never die. Her death will cause those who trade with her to stay a great distance for fear of her nuclear fallout and be in great sorrow because no other nation will buy their goods in the quantities the United States does. Plus, the United States has killed many prophets and is destined to kill the saint of all saints, the second messiah, per Gen. 49:1 & 8-12 + Micah 5:2, Ex. 4:6-8 & Isaiah 11:1 & 10-11).
           As stated, the Americas is the 7+10+10 nationed democratic beast that came out of the sea (Atlantic Ocean). The United States is the "head" of the beast with a leopard's body (sly and cunning), lion's mouth (speaking royally of herself), and bear's feet (strong military power), which the Dragon gave the power to reign for the forty-two-presidents it has had. Therefore, before the 666 System can come into being the United States must be destroyed for the two-horned (waring nations) beast from off the land (Europe) to exercise the power of the United States. The US's total destruction (C 9:55 [The dreadful war which is prepared in the west, the following year the pestilence will come, so very horrible that young, nor old, nor animal (will survive) blood, fire, Mercury, Mars, Jupiter in France.] Jer. 51:6, 29, 45 and 62) will cause the world economy to go into a tailspin. The messiah will then establish the 666 system to stabilize the world.
           Nostradamus' King of Terror tells us that the destruction will bring back the "king of the Mongols". We can see from the "INTRODUCTION" of this site and the Hopi's Fifth Cycle (P 138, PP 2) that the girls' rule will begin with Yellowman, the Mongols. It also says "before and after war reigns happily", and we know that since 1939 there has hardly been a day when there was not some form of war happening. The after comes following a time of peace the 666 system will cause before the final war {"The War of the Great Day of God Almighty" (Rev. 16:13-14) between the Dragon or general population who wears the name of the beast: the False Prophet aka religious fraction who wears the Christian Cross; and the Beast aka government with its police and military fraction, covering the world, who wears the number 666.}, (C 1:63 [Pestilences extinguished, the world becomes smaller, for a long time the land will be inhabited peacefully. People will travel safely through the sky (over) land and seas: then wars will start up again.]). The world becomes smaller without the United States and peaceful for the first few years of the 666 system rule.
           That finial war is the end of civilization which bring about the thousand year reign of the messiah (Rev. 20:4 & 5) plus 6000 more years (C 1:48 [When twenty years of the Moon's reign have passed another will take up his reign for seven thousand years. When the exhausted Sun {NOTE: Rev. 21 indicates that the sun goes out during the next civilization} takes up his cycle then my prophecy and threats will be accomplished.]), which precedes the girls' ruling of the fifth through eighth cycles of the Hopi prophecy.

           What I recommend for man of the United States' is to "ask Yehuveh to teach us how to hear IT's voice and give us the mind to obey it" since Europe and Asia will have fallout problems. Nostradamus said in C 6:5 [A very great famine (caused) by a pestilent wave will extend its long rain the length of the Arctic pole. Samarobrin one hundred leagues from the hemisphere; they will live without laws except politics] The politics is the 666 system. That means fallout will become a cloud over the Arctic, but before that happens it will be carried by the "jet stream" around the northern hemisphere.
           The story of Israel's coming out of Egypt is a type of the salvation of man when the prophet like unto Moses comes (Deut. 18:15). Those who will follow this messiah will be expected to serve Yehuveh in nature (Ex. 5:1). They also are to borrow from the world what things they will need to make the transition easier to live in nature (Ex. 12:35), like a tent, sleeping bag, backpack, and a few changes of clothes, but not money. Also, we are not expected to continue to depend on such things because we are to become more acclimated and eventually become hairy all over (Dan 4:1-34) transcending the need for anything except those things Yehuveh makes. To prepare for sleeping without covering, learn to sleep with cold feet which will reduce the amount of covering need for sleeping. I began in winter 2004-05. Everyone willing to live in this way are to get the things the need and leave civilization, upon receiving directions from Yehuveh where each individual is to go.
           The messiah's death and resurrection is the sign to leave the United States. Note: Yeshua the messiah died Friday at 3 pm and was out of the grave prior to sunrise, 6 am, Sunday. He said (Mat. 12:40) that 72 hours is the sign for the "evil and adulterous generation". Rev. 5:12 say someone is to die to receive power (like Yeshua already had before his death) and wealth, wisdom, and other things, which will come after his death. Since the USA is the house of plenty of bread it is where the last messiah, Shiloh, is to come from.

          Consider this and ask Yehuveh for confirmation!

THE LAND OF THE FREE

They say of the United States of America, land of the free.
Nay I say! There is no nation granting man a life of liberty,
for the food and sustenance man need in order to live
labor is the price for the buying power monies give.
In this supposed land of the free fences divide the land
restricting the path of animals and off limits to man,
roads are carved in the land which walkers can't use
and to rule one's own life in not what one can choose.
Man have no legal rights, courts use precedents rather than laws,
you may show them their errors but it's you who's filled with flaws.
As said, food is bought but raw cost almost twice that of processed
and don't try eating it from the fields, all lands are possessed.
Man are to be clothed in public, is there any freedom there?
Man can't sleep where and when they're in need, is that fair?
To have a disorder doctors can't help I can't try something new.
Fruit and vegetables perishing in the fields. Free to get? Not by you.
My body pains to eliminate waste but to a special place I'm to go.
I've a disorder that's sure death, live by machinery, to die, not so.
In my death my body is not allowed to be food for another,
to be rid of it is paid by family, friend, or some other.
Free enterprise isn't free, there's things man can't sell or buy
even to work has a price to be paid, taxes reveal the lie.
So what liberty is there in this land of the free?
Is it my liberty having another to rule over me?
Isn't that a land of confusion as the book say,
a land prophecy named MYSTERY BABYLON for this last day?

GIVE EAR IN BABYLON

Babylon! Ooooh Babylon, why do you not hear?
You people within her why do you sleep?
She has seduced the world, her end is near,
you people must leave her and can not creep.

She has caused much shame and heartache,
don't you people feel the pain?
She has lured you in and closed the gate,
and you, man, have you no shame?

Her bars are not so strong they can not be broken,
all you must do is press against her gate.
She has no strength, you are just a prize token,
use your mind and get free before it's too late.

THE FATE OF BABYLON

What lies in store for Babylon that in one hour can destroy her?
Isn't her defenses so grand
they are matchless by man?
Then saw the seer what that so swift a destruction will occur?
Doesn't her riches buy her friends
where her enemy once had been?
Is there one so powerful that her grandeur shall fall to fire?
Look at her vast territory,
her buildings of multistory,
Can desolation take her land and in ruin her buildings lie?
Surely technology within her boundary
will not let fate delivery such a destiny.
Isn't she the only maker of the bomb to brings so sudden an end?
Then how can another with technology slow
escape her defenses to deliver the blow?
Is it possible it will not come from without but from within?
Let's look and see,
maybe that could be!
What she builds is for the price and not so it will last,
so something could go wrong
within her defenses strong,
and as the seer saw, she is destroyed by a nuclear blast!

ABOMINATION OF DESOLATION

An abomination to make desolate¹ begins the end!
Can anyone tell us the what, where and when?

Live by the sword,² die the same, so a weapon of man,
like the one the United States once used on Japan
which, for the sixty years since it has been
there are still places plants haven't grown since then,
makes nuclear the what and the United States the where.
Are you afraid of the when or will you take the dare?

A rock ³ is to fall on some end time land
of iron and clay, representing the seed of man
who fails to unite but yet it is strong ⁴,
he destroys the image till none of it is known.

On many waters sits Babylon, the great whore⁵,
her waters meaning multiple ethnics once more ⁶,
who has made rich a many different nations ⁷
yet fire and feared smoke ⁸ ends her wealthful creations.
They are both prophecy proclaiming the seed of man
that I wager to say, are both the same land.

There's a prophecy of a Babylon⁹, which is ages gone,
which some fulfillment no history has shown,
and if it were, history is quite often repeated,
like the area that prophecy proclaimed America defeated.¹⁰
Eighty years from that victory Babylon is said to fall ¹¹
with two years of grace to make eighty two in all.¹²

From 1918 to 2000 world affairs was controlled by America
but since then the United Nations the pretenders are.
During those years Israel became a nation ¹³, a battle won ¹⁴
beginning the eighty years after which sins are none ¹⁵.
So believe it if you will or reject it though you might,
but the abomination, nuclear destruction, is in our sight!

NEBUCHADNEZZER'S IMAGE

A king dreamt of an image, its head was him in gold,
representing different governments to which man are sold.
The head announced first made his kingdom began the birth
of the governmental systems to span the whole earth.

This image had a brightness, we'll call a glow, and,
like brightness to a child, it's what attracts man.
The form was terrible, means what it caused man to do
to partake of its glory, forsake the free life they knew.

Its metals were diverse becoming increasingly hard
until iron and clay feet, ethnics of man not in accord,
was bruised by the serpent, in the dream was a stone,
destroying the image until no memory of it was known.

That dream is the prophecy of the world's final days
ending with a nation of ethnics living separate ways.
The mountain is religion and a teacher is the stone
to make clear the interpretation the sages have shown.
The being cut out of the mountain though not by hand,
his revelation isn't in the common teachings of man.

Look at the ruling nation in the world today,
(UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is it, by the way)
CHRISTIANITY is the mountain, supreme in her land,
the rock cut out of it is one of the country's own man
who turned from Christianity, with much to be desired,
to find the truth alone as he had been inspired.

His teachings revealed will cause the fall of that land
like the serpent bruising the heel of the seed of woman,
but the government he is to shoulder for a gentle fall.
He will become the angel with the final call
follow me and live or ignore me and die,
but you'll see for yourself the serpent didn't lie!

THE UNITED STATES IN PROPHECY

Because the United States of America is made up of man from most nations of the earth as is MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER HARLOT AND ABOMINATION OF THE WORLD, it stands to reason that most prophecies of most nations in the Bible are prophecies of the United States of America. Here I am listing some of the nations prophesied to be the United States of America and how they are types of her.

Genesis 49:1 & 8-12 is a prophecy of Judah for the last days. It is described as a nation its brothers praise like the US is praised, especially, by White nations. It is said to be a lion's whelp which it is a young nation and the off-spring another ruling nation like the U. S. is of Great Britain. Judah will not have the sceptre (the power to make the laws) to depart from her nor the lawgiver from between her feet (trampling those same laws): we know that the United States is attempting to make the laws for all nations, using economical sanctions (hand at his enemies' neck), and walks on the laws she attempts to force other nations to follow, such as Apartheid, ethnic discrimination, Chemical weappons and weapons of mass destruction. Thus, Micah 5:2 would be the United States since Bethlehem means "house of bread" and Ephratah means "plentiful", and the United States is the only land of plenty food. Therefore, the United States of America is to be the last world-ruling nation, the nation out of which comes Shaloh or the messiah, and a nation who is not true to her laws.

The prophecy of Jerusalem found in Ezekiel 16 is a prophecy of the United States of America. See how verses 32-24 indicates that a whore receives gifts from her lovers but Jerusalem/United States of America gives gifts to entice lovers. That would also make many of the other Jerusalem prophecies to be about the United States of America.

Ezekeil 26:15-ch 27 is a prophecy of Tyrus. It begins with the islands shaking with her destruction made from within her midst. A lamentation will be put forth saying (KJV) "...how art thou destroyed, that wast inhabited of seafaring men, the renouned city, which wast strong in the sea, and her inhabitants, which cause their terror to be on all that haunt it". Then it goes on to say that it is to be made a desolate city. Then it talks about how it has made towers (tall buildings) and used man from many different nations to build for her. All of that is what has happen and will happen when the United States is destroyed.

The (KJV) Revelation 13 begins with the words "I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea,..." which would be a place founded since the time of the Revelation's giving. The only place with 27 nations found after the giving of the Revelation is the Americas. There are seven major (heads) nations, 10 horn (war torn) nations and 10 crown (passive and content) nations on the Americas. A head of it was wounded with a deadly wound and healed; the United States of America received that name because of the reuniting after the wounding brought on by the Civil War. She is to remain for 42 months, each month represents the complete uninterrupted term of a president (one president had one tern, lost an election and re-elected after a single term out) and now the 43rd president is in office making him the president of her destruction.

The chapter ends with "Here is wisdom. Let him that hath wisdom count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man: and his number is six hundred three score and six". [Jonah tells me that the Hebrew alphabet has numbers for each letter and to use the "Y" in the word Jesus you get 666, since there were no "J's" in Hebrew.] If you count the number of letters in the man who was the United States of America's president when the wall of Germany was destroyed, Ronald Wilson Reagan, you have a three-part name with six letters in each. Now, I leave it to you to determine which is the 666 man. Know, it is not the Anti-messiah. I would take the leader of the first Beast, the USA, even though Yeshua did say it will be said I did this in your name and he will say depart from me you workers of inquity, I know you not. Is that because they are using the improper name? Decide either or both!

Those are but a few of the nations, Lucifer (Isaiah 14:12-17) is, prophecies of historical Babylon, Nineveh who was a great trading nation, and there are many more if one will take the time to compare the things of the United Stated of America to those prophetic types. Please note that in some prophecies the recognition is in the definition of the name(s) given like Bethlehem Ephratah above.

NAZARETH OF THE USA, LOUISIANA

There was never a place called Nazareth in the nation called Israel. Nazareth, as applied to Yeshua the messiah, was pertaining to the definition of the word, "Set Apart From" rather than a place he came from. A Nazarite is one who has taken a vow to not live by the standards of the common people so as to be in submission to their god. That is also true of me, however, there is a place in the United States of America that could qualify to be called Nazareth. Louisiana re-entered the "Union" of the USA after the Civil War only after being given permission to continue to use the French laws. It is because Louisiana is permitted to operate outside of the United States' Constitution that I have given the name Nazareth to this topic. The following is a filing I have filed to the District Court of Lincoln Parish, Louisiana in order to obtain justice for the invasion of my Constitutional rights by the courts of the State of Louisiana. That does include the Federal Courts in that state since all of the judges in the Federal Courts in Louisiana are ex-state judges and decide all Federal claims against Louisiana according to the right granted the state upon re-joining the Union in the 1860's. You will also find the results of the 1996 arrest in West Monroe, Louisiana, the one where the arresting police officer broke the staff as seen above.

RE: Request for Information

Written in Amos 3:7 of the KJV Bible is �Surely the Lord God will do nothing but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets�, and man this nation over believe these times are the last days. Because these are the last days YEHUVEH has provided Elijah the promised Prophet of Malachi 4:5-6, in the person of Elijah Alfred Alexander, Jr. to confirm it. Some biblical evidence of him is Isaiah 63:1. �Who is this that cometh from Edom, with dyed garments from Bozrah? this that is glorious in his apparel, travelling in the greatness of his strength? I that speak in righteousness, mighty to save. 2. Wherefore art thou red in thine apparel, and thy garments like him that treadeth in the winefat?�

One of the responsibilities of this prophet is to demonstrate, within the limits of man�s laws, what is required to survive the end of the world. In living the demonstration he has the peculiar minimal public dress of no shirt, no shoes and only shorts opened in the outer seams to the waistband all year. Being dressed this way the prophet has traveled in 44 of the Continental United States, and in many areas of Louisiana other than Lincoln Parish and the City of West Monroe, and if incarcerated is usually released no later than 72 hour, but in most cases he is never arrested.

The state of Louisiana prides itself for not being a constitutional state operating out of the boundaries of the United States� Constitution. Most judges who enter the federal courts in Louisiana are from the Louisiana courts, therefore, many people in Louisiana do not [get] to receive the protection of the U.S. Constitution without repercussions to the courts or state. Even when they file in the Federal courts the judges will not prosecute Louisiana for being outside of the Constitution. The prophet has filed in this and the Federal courts requesting the Religious Immunity provided by the United States Constitution and Louisiana law and compensation for the �False Incarcerations� imposed by Lincoln Parish and City of West Monroe. They were denied. Also, Louisiana�s courts are not disciplined enough to prevent their own misconduct nor punish their misconduct therefore, they should not be able to punish anyone else�s misconduct. Because of those facts this PETITION FOR INFORMATION is being submitted to be answered by this Court.

During one of the prophet�s first arrest Charles James of Lincoln Parish Detention center said he had run the prophet�s name through the national computer and received no reply. However, in other states and areas of Louisiana when his name and date of birth is run through the national computer the officers often give him their business cards and duty hours and inform him that if he have any trouble to call them. Why hasn�t that happened here in Lincoln Parish? When the petitioner was identified through an arrest why wasn�t he liberated at least within 72 hours?

Why has Lincoln Parish charged Elijah the Prophet with Trespassing for being on a state university�s campus where alternative views are to be explored, which denies access happens on no state campus?

Why was he charged with Obscenity because of his Religious Habit, which has not happened in any other state? Why does the court charge him with Contempt of Court for wearing his Habit in the courtroom when no other state has denied him his habit in the courtroom? Don�t the courts realize that his ability to withstand the conditions he does in his Habit he has to have the power of YEHUVEH protecting him or that he refuses to comply with the court�s orders because of YEHUVEH�s guidance, the superior law?

Why is it Elijah the Prophet not considered a �public Minister� with Original Legal Jurisdiction in the United States Supreme Court here in Louisiana, provided by the US Constitution, Article III, Section 2, and paragraph 2?

Why wasn�t he granted that Immunity by Lincoln Parish [and] West Monroe city Courts after being provided with that type of Immunity in every state he has been arrested or stopped in? Is it because Louisiana has no respect for the US Constitution?

Why do Louisiana courts see fit to deny the Prophet the Immunities and Privileges granted in other states the United States Constitution provides, Article IV, Section 2, Paragraph 1; which reads, �The citizens of each State shall be entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of the citizens in the several States,� and First Amendment?

With the First Amendment to the US Constitution stating �Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibit the free exercise thereof,� why has Lincoln Parish courts made judgments pertaining to the Prophet�s religious practice, especially since the Louisiana law pertaining to Religious Immunity requires a three-man panel of Appeals Court Judges to establish when one is not entitle to Religious Immunity? And why wasn�t that ever done?

How could the prophet be charged with Obscenity on the word of single police officers� uncorroborated testimony since an uncorroborated testimony is not enough for a conviction?

Why has Lincoln Parish and West Monroe city Courts refuse to allow the prophet�s habit as evidence after being charged with Obscenity and Public Indecency because of it?

Why did judge Dozier say to the prophet �you may get a second charge� during his first Obscenity trial because he asked to wear his Habit as proof to the falsity of the charge? Louisiana�s law requires an ulterior motive for an exposure by someone to be Obscene or to have the body parts covered by his habit exposed for Public Indecency, therefore, what would have been the charge?

How was a single accusing officer�s uncorroborated testimony enough to convict him of obscenity in Lincoln Parish without any testimony to any of the 3 ulterior motives needed for the charge or Public Indecency in West Monroe by a single officer�s uncorroborated testimony?

After the petitioner was release from his felony obscenity conviction the prosecuting DA asked him if he was going to vote for him and said the conviction had been expunged so he could vote, why? Was his incarceration kept off of the records because he is entitled to Religious Immunity and the courts know it?

Therefore the petitioner would like to know why he was denied the compensation he sought through the courts. The American Jurisprudence say, when the courts make errors in judgment with malicious intent—an attempt to change a person�s religious duty is malicious intent and a violation of the First Amendment to the US Constitution—they are liable. If it was because Louisiana is not a �Constitutional State� how is it possible for Louisiana to receive the various payments from the United States that the other 49 Constitutional States receive and is still not bound by the Constitution of the United States?

NOTE: The Louisiana law concerning state college and university trespassing, Intitutional Trespassing, requires the person to interrupt the normal activities of the institution. Elijah's using computers does not interrupt the institution's activities. The law requires some disruptive activities by the person before the authorities can asked the person not to use the facilities.

Since filing the following petition I have found that there is no record on the nation's computer of any charges ever being filed against me in the state of Louisiana. I now wonder if the result of my appeal for the Second Offence Obscenity has been removed from the early 1990's LOUISIANA DIGEST, I read while incarcerated.

The following is a copy of the my West Monroe, Louisiana legal proceedings. You will find the cost paid for his find with with $60 for "Time Served" credit [though the whole $398 was paid for my release], the first two Items. You will find his motion for an appeal which I was denied the opportunity to enter the Fourth Judicial District Court of Monroe, Louisiana to have the appeal heard, the third item. And you will find the Charges brought by the city of West Monroe. If I had the records from the Third Judicial District Court of Lincoln Parish you would even more absurd charges. This happens to be the only records I was able to have sent to Washington, DC on short notice.

May it please the court,
Pro se defendant, Elijah A. Alexander, Jr., wish to appeal the decision of the city court for the following reasons.

As the officer testafied, he approached the defendant questioning him about leaving town and not about any breech of the law by the defendant, therefore, he had no probable cause (PC) for telling the defendant he was under arrest. His statement to the defendant was "if you are not [leaving town] you are going to jail" and because the defendant's reply was he had a change of heart about leaving town he was ordered to submit to arrest. The defendant, knowing there was no PC continued on his way.

No time during the encounter did the officer ever mention indecent exposure nor any other statement of the defendant's dress.

At no time did the officer attempt to determine the purpose behind his dress and, therefore, did not realize he was denying the defendant the liberty in this state which had been granted in some 34 other states (see attachment A for June 23, 1996 and September 6, 1996 newspaper clippings.) Therefore the officer violated Article 4, section 2 of the United States Constitution.

The Louisiana Revised Statues has no such law as indecent exposure, therefore, the officer legislated a law to charge the defendant with.

The judge violated his oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution, Article 6, when he denied the defendant evidence by demonstration which would have taken away an doubt of the defendant's guilt. By denying the defendant that right it shows he was not unbias but had prejudged the defendant.

With the denied evidence by the judge the officer had no corroborating evidence and, thereby, presented nothing to sustain the verdict of guilty.

Therefore the Pro Se defendant pray this honorable court will overturn the guilty verdict imposed by the lower court and order the return of the monies paid for his release.
