STRUCTURES
Photo 19: Wooden bridge located north of "Lost
Tribe". These structures were intended to reduce impacts
to streamside vegetation and soils from foot traffic.
Photo 20: Another wooden foot bridge near Carnero Spring.
Most of the wooden bridge materials were scattered, but many rock
stepping stone crossings remain.

Structures
Photo 21: Poles were extensively used to support tarps
during rain. Most poles were dead/down, some live trees were cut
such as the aspen poles in the foreground.
Photo 22: Tepees were built of dead poles and used
as shelters, and latrines were sometimes hidden with dead wood
stacks. Many of these structures remained.
