WHAT HAVE ALL THE RUMORS SOWN, LONG TIME PASSING?

Snowwafer (names have been changed to protect sensitive feelings) informed the Cyber Circle of an unpleasant encounter on a public highway with a light-sensitive public servant.

Disturbed by the encounter, Snowwafer stated:

"I want to be able to put a stop to this harassment. I have never been charged with any crime in my life. I have no record. There is absolutely no reason why I should be picked out, other than what I look like. I don't even think it was legal for him to stop me. His reason was a fabrication. What can I do about this?
