Who are these subversive "certifiers and permitizers" that, the General screams, are in our midst? Particularly since the General is so concerned with the "integrity" of "information dissemination," if he really took his own fears seriously, why didn't he clearly identify the "They's" he is squealing about to his beloved Family?

Did the General identify these "certifiers and permitizers" to, as the General would say, "others" in private, while intentionally remaining vague in the Family media?

Was the General just blowing smoke, and, if the General was just fuming, why was Carla helping him?
