PURPOSE OF THIS SITE

This page is a tool for mobilizing and implementing an international effort of support for the Citizens Peaceful Energy Plan, via the internet, collecting e-mail signatures and forward such to their perspective destinations.

Beyond that, this page an experiment in building a nationwide interactive forum as part of a cyber-congress. Ultimately, it is hoped, a forum of this nature could be constructed and used to create a mechanism of true democracy.
