ORDER

On April 19, 1995, the Court held a status conference in the above-captioned case pursuant to Rule 16 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. At that time, the Plaintiffs handed the lerk a Motion for Partial Reconsideration of the Court's April 12, 1995 Order. Counsel for the Government also advised the Court of her intent to file a Motion for Reconsideration of said Order as well as a Motion for Summary Judgment. With the parties' consent, the Court set a schedule for the filing of the pleadings discussed. Accordingly, it is, by the Court, this 19th day of April, 1995,

ORDERED that the Government may file a Motion for Summary Judgment and for Reconsideration of the Court's April 12, 1995, Order on or before 4:00 p.m. on May 12, 1995; and it is

FURTHER ORDERED that the Plaintiffs may file a response thereto on or before 4:00 p.m. on May 24, 1995; and it is

FURTHER ORDERED that the Government may file a reply thereto on or before 4:00 p.m. on May 31, 1995; and it is

FURTHER ORDERED that the Government shall file a response to the Plaintiffs' Motion for Partial Reconsideration of the Court's

April 12, 1995 Order on or before 4:00 p.m. on May 12, 1995; and it is

FURTHER ORDERED that the Plaintiffs may file a reply thereto on or before 4:00 p.m. on May 31, 1995.
