FURTHER ORDERED that the Plaintiffs' Motion for Summary Judgment [92-1] shall be, and hereby is, DENIED; and it is

FURTHER ORDERED that the Plaintiffs' Motion for Partial Reconsideration of the Court's April 12, 1995 Memorandum Opinion and Order [76-1] shall be, and hereby is, DENIED; and it is

FURTHER ORDERED that the Plainitffs' Motion to Take Discovery by Other Than Stenographic Means [17-1] shall be, and hereby is, declared MOOT and it is

FURTHER ORDERED that the Plaintiffs' Motion for Sanctions [95-1] shall be, and hereby is, DENIED without prejudice, reserving the right of the Plaintiffs to refile the same following exhaustion of any and all appeals.
