United States of America, et al., Appellees

MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME

Appellees hereby respectfully move this Court, pursuant to Fed. R. App. P. 26(b) and Circuit Rule 27, for leave to file the accompanying motion for an extension of time of five business days, until October 23, 1996, within which to file their motion governing further proceedings in this appeal pursuant to the Order of the Court dated September 18, 1996. As indicated in that motion, this extension of time is necessary because, although the motion is substantially prepared, due to the press of other business of appellees' counsel, counsel was unable to complete appellees' motion by this date.
