MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME
Appellees hereby respectfully move this Court, pursuant to Fed.
R. App. P. 26(b) and Circuit Rule 27, for leave to file the
accompanying motion for an extension of time of five business
days, until October 23, 1996, within which to file their motion
governing further proceedings in this appeal pursuant to the
Order of the Court dated September 18, 1996. As indicated in
that motion, this extension of time is necessary because,
although the motion is substantially prepared, due to the press
of other business of appellees' counsel, counsel was unable to
complete appellees' motion by this date.
Appellants have consented to the relief requested in this motion.

be granted.
