Notice Regarding Certificate

UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS
DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA CIRCUIT

No.95-5338

September Term, 1995
USDC No. 95cv01018
William Thomas, et al., Appellants

v.

United States of America, et al., Appellees

NOTICE REGARDING CERTIFICATE OF FEDERAL APPELLEES'
COUNSEL AS TO PARTIES, RULINGS, AND RELATED CASES

Appellant notes that the case numbers (95-2594; C.A. No. 95-0945) heading Appellees' Statement of Parties, Rulings and Related Cases, filed in the above entitled case on October 30, 1995, are incorrect.

Federal Appellees' misnumbered Statement references Thomas v. United States, No. No. 95-5340. Appellant's Statement also identifies Thomas v. United States, No. 95-5340 (D.C. Cir.) (appeal docketed September 29, 1995) as a related case. Appellant notes this fact to insure that Appellees' papers are filed in the proper case jacket. I.E. 95-5338.

Respectfully submitted this 30th day of October, 1995,

__________________________
William Thomas, Appellant, pro se
2817 11th Street NW
