COMPLAINANT'S STATEMENT OF FACTS CONSTITUTING THE OFFENSE OR VIOLATION:

On or about June 6, 1984, the defendants forcibly resisted, assaulted, opposed and Interfered with Officers M. O. Simons and David Haynes, officers of the United States Park Police, in the performance of their official duties.

On 6/6/84, the undersigned and George Washington, an employee of National Capital Park, went to Lafayette Park where they observed seven individuals who were identified by the undersigned lying on the ground in the park. Dorrough resisted when he was told he could not go back to the area in which he was lying down. As the undersigned arrested Dorrough, Thomas was yelling and screaming obsenities. Thomas was told he was under arrested and when attempts to arrest him were made he resisted and started swinging and struggling with the undersigned and Officer Simons. He eventually was subdued on the pavement by the undersigned and several uniformed Secret Service officer As Benjamin Tomas was being arrested she resisted, assaulting the undersigned and Officer Simons.
