Upon motion of the plaintiff, William Thomas, proceeding
pro se, and the entire record, and in view of these in forma
pauperius proceedings, it is now hereby this 21st day of August,

ORDERED that the plaintiff be allowed to bring his Own
tape recorder to Courtroom 25, U.S. District Court, to record the
following depositions: the deposition of Manus Fish on August
21, 1986; the deposition of Patricia Bangert on August 22, 1986:
the deposition of Frank Duncan on August 22, 1986; and, the
deposition of Richard Robbins, also on August 22, 1986. The
recording of these depositions by the plaintiff is to be done
under the supervision of a courtroom deputy or staff of the
undersigned U.S. Magistrate,
