MEMORANDUM OPINIONS, REPORTS & RECOMMENDATIONS ON THE
MOTIONS FOR SUMMARY JUDGEMENT OF JAMES C. LINDSEY,
AND DEFENDANT CANFIELD
Pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 6(b), plaintiffs hereby move for an
extension of time up to and including Monday, January 5, 1987 in
which to file an appropriate response to the Memorandum Opinions
Reports, & Recommendations on the Motions for Summary Judgment of
James C. Lindsey and Defendant Canfield, filed on December 15,
1986, by U.S. Magistrate Arthur L. Burnett.
The reasons for the delay in filing these responses are more
fully set forth in the Memorandum which accompanys this motion.
A proposed Order is attached.
