Defendants FILED
MAR 25 1988
CLERK, U.S. DISTRICT COURT
DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA
ORDER
Plaintiffs have moved for leave to file a handwritten
original, on yellow paper and for an enlargement of time in which
to file a "response" to the Memorandum and Order entered in this
matter on February 23, 1988. Although plaintiffs file their
motions under Civil Action No. 87-3290-LFO, it is clear from the
substance of the pleadings that the motions are intended to be
filed under Civil Action No. 87-1820-LFO. Treating plaintiffs'
second motion as one for extension of time in which to file a
motion for reconsideration of the Memorandum and Order of
February 23, 1988, it is this 24th day of March, 1988, hereby
ORDERED: that plaintiffs' motion for leave to file a
handwritten complaint on yellow paper should be and is hereby
GRANTED; and it is further
ORDERED: that plaintiffs' motion for an enlargement of
time should be and is hereby GRANTED. Plaintiffs may, on or
before May 18, 1988, file a motion for reconsideration of the
Memorandum and Order entered on February 23, 1988.
