THOMAS v. REAGAN
USDC Cr. No. 84-3552
UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT
FOR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA
WILLIAM THOMAS, et al
Plaintiff Pro Se
versus CA 84-3552
Judge Louis Oberdorfer
UNITED STATES, et al
Defendants
MOTION TO RECONSIDER THE COURT'S ORDER
OF SEPTEMBER 16, 1988
When in the course of some people's lives it becomes necessary
for them to stand against an apparent tide of immorality and
irrationality, and to assume a posture which seems to them both
moral and rational in accord with the laws of Nature and Nature's
God, a decent respect for the opinions of humankind requires that
they should declare the causes which impel them to a stance that
may appear simply contrary.
On September 16, 1988 this court entered an Order dismissing
this case, and expressing an Opinion.
For reasons stated in the accompanying Memorandum plaintiffs
explain why they cannot reasonably abide by the Court's Opinion,
and why they believe that the Court would honour both itself and
the principles of Truth, Justice, Freedom, & Equality, by recon-
sidering and altering the decision and opinion uttered by its
Memorandum and Order of September 16, 1988.
Respectfully submitted, pro se, this __th day of October, 1988,
