This case appears to present exactly the same issues recently resolved by Judge Oberdorfer. Also, many of the defendants in this case are defendants in the Thomas cases and one of the plaintiffs--Peace Park Anti-Nuclear Vigil--is in fact William and Ellen Thomas, the principals of the Thomas cases. See Notice in Response to Request of Counsel filed in this case on November 14, 1988.

In summary, it appears to the United States Attorney that this case is related to the two Thomas cases.
