ERRATA ORDER

It is this 21st day of November, 1988, hereby

ORDERED: that the Memorandum of September 16, 1988, should be amended so that the sentence in the first full paragraph of page 7 that currently reads:
The challenged three-foot sign attendence requirement, codified at 36 C.F.R. section 7.96(g)(5)(x)(B)(2) , was upheld against constitutional challenge in this Court in litigation brought by several of these same plaintiffs in United States v. Musser, Cr. No. 87-157 (D.D.C. June 17, 1987) (Richey, J.)
instead reads:
The challenged three-foot sign attendence requirement, codified at 36 C.F,R. section 7.96(g) (5) (x) (B)(2), was upheld against constitutional challenge in United states v. Musser, Cr. No. 87-157 (D.D.C. June 17, 1987) (Richey, J.).
