DECLARATION OF DEFENDANT PHILIP JOSEPH
I, Philip Joseph, defendant pro se in the
above entitled matter, hereby declare under penalty of perjury
that the following is true and correct to the best of my understanding.
1. On June 15, 1962, Mary Guerrieri, through Joseph,
gave birth to a son, Philip Joseph.
2. On June l5, l986, Philip Joseph, myself, was
thinking over scripture in the Testament of Jesus Christ. While
reading over Matthew 6, verses 19-23 and 24-34, I decided
to check what the Scripture says Jesus Christ was saying about
taking "no thought for tomorrow."
3. I walked out the door of my home in Texas, where
I had lived all my life, and started trying to "walk the
walk" that Jesus Christ described in Matthew 8:20-22;
also described as instructions by Jesus Christ on how to harvest
the Kingdom of Heaven. (See Matthew 9, verse 38, 38, also
Matthew 10:1-42.)
4. I try living close to the manner in which Jesus
Christ described in Scripture (Matthew 6:24-34). He suggested
that we do His words (SEE Luke 6:46-49; also Luke
11:28).
5. Living the true doctrine of Jesus Christ, as
I perceive the Truth of His teachings, is somewhat contradictory
to the "social norms" of this society. I believe that
Jesus Christ spoke of this also: "Ye shall be hated of all
men for my name's sake." Luke 21:17.
6. I believe the prophet Isaiah spoke of these times
at hand in Isaiah 29:9-24. I also believe that Washington,
D.C. is the seat of the Beast described in Revelations
13: all verses.
7. I believe that the United States is the "Babylon"
described in Revelations 14:8-12.
8. I believe that Ronald Wilson Reagan is the man
described in Revelations 13:18; "count the number
of the Beast; for it is the number of a man; and his number is
six hundred, threescore and six (666)." RONALD (6) WILSON
(6) REAGAN (6).
9. With all these as my beliefs, I try to do the
will of my Father in Heaven, which I understand to be communicating
the Truth, that Jesus Christ testified to being everlasting life
to all the Children of God. (SEE John 20:21.)
10. Being at Lafayette Park is a major role of communicating
the Message of God to the nations, kindreds, and tongues of this
world. I believe the White House fence and walls are spoken of
by the prophet Isaiah: "I have set watchmen upon thy walls,
O Jerusalem, which shall never hold their peace day nor night;
ye that make mention of the Lord, keep not silence, and give him
no rest, till he establish, and till he make Jerusalem a praise
in the earth." Isaiah 62:5-9.
11. Just as we all have different things to do to
see the Kingdom of Heaven unfold, I believe my role to be doing
the will of God and breaking my silence about wrong doings, injustice,
inequality and oppression of all forms of tyranny over the souls
of this planet. I am devoted to my God as in Isaiah 62:5,
"so shall thy sons marry thee."
12. Therefore I believe that my communication methods
at Lafayette Park are an exercise commanded by my religion, as
spoken of in prophecy, and satisfying to my conscience as the
practice of the true teachings of Jesus Christ, Lord and Savior.
