Plaintiff moves the Court to direct tht Clerk of Court to correct the docket record of this case to reflect service upon defendant Christian Stanton on April 18, 1997, according to the Proof of Service and Declaration of Service filed on June 20, 1997. 1. Plaintiff submits sumultaneously herewith his opposition to defendants' partial motion to dismiss. Among the grounds asserted by defendants in support of dismissal as to defendant Stanton is lack of personal jurisdiction due to lack of service. Defendants' claim will be rendered moot by the correction of the docket entries requested here.
