last fall, here is a copy of a working draft of revisions
to our special uses rules.
Please review the rule and get us your comments by
March 31, 1989. It would be most helpful to us in
finalizing this proposed rule if you could give us
your comments in writing.
Please note that this is still a working draft and
that this version is still undergoing technical
review by our attorneys and program staff and has
not yet been presented to the Chief for his
concurrence.
