Dear Mrs. Connolly:

In the fall of 1988 when volunteers with the Rainbow Legalaision, first met with Forest Service officials to discuss the new regulatory measures that would burden the public's ability to assemble on public lands, the agency assured us that any information regarding the proposed regulations would be sent to each of the individuals (Legalaision) identified on a list which we provided to Mr. Robertson. Initially this process worked well and the agency seemed very professional. It now appears, however, that Forest Service communication with the Rainbow Legalaision has deteriorated somewhat.

Therefore I am writing to request that all members of the Rainbow Legalaision, including myself, be provided with copies of any rule-making materials revelant to the regulations with which we are concerned immediately as it becomes available for review.

We love you,
