Since the consensus reached by the Alabama Legaliaison crew on July 6, 1993 did not follow Family process, it is merely a recommendation. As an ongoing Legaliaison Council in DC on August 3rd, 1993, it is our responsibility to figure out what has to be done and plan how to do it.
